This solid pewter chocolate mould is reminiscent of traditional home-cooking, using classic tools and kitchen implements that are solid, dependable and, most often, crafted by hand, magically making the chocolate borne out of them that little bit more special..
The art is not to overfill the mould when pouring in the melted chocolate - that way you ensure that there is some left over for scraping out the mixing bowl at the end, and then once set, carefully run a thin flat bladed knife or palette knife around the edge to gently prize the solid chocolate out in one piece.
